Fly Certs LLC is operated by employees with regulatory general aviation experience from corporate, charter, and governmental aviation related agencies.

Fly Certs LLC works with domestic and international operators to obtain FAA authorization for Part 135 Certifications and Part 91 issuance of Letters of Authorization (LOA). Flight Standards District Offices (FSDO’s) are experiencing a reduction in FAA inspector staffing. Due to this reduction in FAA resources the timeframe for review and approval of Part 91 or 135 manuals and applications could be well over 6 months.

Fly Certs LLC employs former FAA inspectors who write, review, and assemble application packages. Our staff cannot approve the packages themselves but will work directly with your assigned Principal Inspector throughout the process for no additional charge.

With years of experience as FAA Principal Operations Inspectors we understand the common preferences that inspectors request. By knowing the system from the inside out, we can effectively move along your certification projects faster than any of our competitors.

Inspector Kyle Bartler is the holder of an Airline Transport Pilot certificate with all Flight Instructor ratings, BE-300, DO-228, and Gulfstream G550 Type ratings. Kyle started his career in aviation as a Cum Lade graduate of The Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management with Flight Option. After graduating Kyle was employed as Captain and Chief Pilot with various companies flying corporate aircraft under Part 91 and Part 135 and obtained numerous Type-Ratings. In 2009 Kyle was hired as an Aviation Safety Inspector, promoted to Principal Operations Inspector a year later where he held this position for 8 years.

While holding this position as POI, Kyle was assigned principal oversight of various Part 135 companies ranging from On-Demand 9 or less, Part 135 Commuter, and Transport Category 10 or more passenger worldwide charter operators. Kyle has experience reviewing and approving Part 135 / 91 certifications with aircraft ranging from Piper Chieftain, Caravan, King Air, Dornier, Saab, Lear Jet, Westwind, Embraer, Challenger, Hawker, Global Express, Falcon, and all Gulfstream Types.
